I want to make an Urdu language blog at wordpress.com, I was hoping if some one here could help me in giving guidance on how to get started with an urdu blog.any guidance steps or any link to any tutorial would be a big big help.I have made english language blogs but its the first time i’m going with an urdu one. I want the homepage index.php to be a Page managed from within the WordPress admin. Ideally that page would pull into it the most recent post – it is NOT the most recent post but has in in a DIV that features the most recent post (plugin?)
Then I want to take the blog homepage, the dynamic one that features all the recent posts, and make it a News page.
Any insight?
