Wordpress Installation

This tutorial wp.me explains how to install wordpress in your hosting server without fantastico or other similar one click script installation software. 1. Download wordpress.org zip file 2. Unzip the file. Rename the wp-config-sample to wp-config. 3. Create Database, database username and password through MySQL or PhpMyAdmin. I am here explaining the MySQL creation method. 4. Add database details in wp-config file. 5. Upload the unzipped folder contents not the folder to root(public_html) through FTP of File manager. 6. Run the install script. Fill details and get admin username and temporary password for wordpress.
