Hey a friend asked me to help them upload their theme and tweak it a bit like changing colors and changing a few other things ( banner). However I am new to WP- I know blogspot.com and I am hoping its similar. So far on WP.org its asking to download WP, if I download would I be able to upload her theme and work from there? Will I be able to add or remove features or plugins? If I download will she be able to have access to her WP once its done? What is the reason to download on your computer?
At first we tried WP.com but its not what she wants…WP.org is the ideal thing she needs, but we don’t know where to go from there.
Do WP charge you for plugins? Or adding features?
