items via different eBay sites. I mean the eBay websites in different countries. For example, you can list your items in eBay UK when you are
willing to sell your items / services in UK market. Then, I will share some of my experience or tips in doing eBay business.
Which market should I target ? It depends on what products / services do you want to sell. You must search the eBay websites with similar
items. Then, you should find out which market is more profitable and easier to sell such items. In most case, eBay has more people to search but
there is higher competition. What I did search is a kind of game card. In eBay Australia, the price and the rate of transaction is much
higher.

What items should I sell ? It also depends on you. You should consider what product do you familar with and what items is profitable.
Actually, eBay auction is a kind of trading business but the involved capital can be very small. You can sell anything but collectible items are
higher price in generally. Of course, you can sell some items that you can purchase with wholesale price or sell something that the price is much
lower in your living area.
What should I pay attention to set price and shipping cost ? Since eBay has some fee, you should pay attention to set the price. Lets say, you
should not set the price as $ 10 because you would pay $ 0.25 more fee in listing an item. You can save the $ 0.25 as long as you set the price
as $ 9.99
You can also set the price as $ 0.01 when you want to attract more people to bid but the risk is you ma y loose money when the price is too low.
Shipping cost can be a balance between the price setting and fee because it is not including in the fee. Thus, you may adjust the shipping
cost if you set a low price. Some people worry that the shipping cost higer than the actually shipping cost would affect your reputation.
However, the buyers know that shipping pirce actually. They have count the cost when they are bidding.
Of course, the total price, the selling price and shipping cost, must be able to attract customers with reference to similar items. You can
also choose their other services in eBay to set your price such as 'Buy now' function but you must balance the charge and your profit.
What should I pay attention to the title ? You must set a title that the potential buyers who are able to search. Eye-catching title can
attract more visitors.
What should I pay attention to the description ? The information must detail enough to understand the items. I advice you use table and
different colour to separate different descriptions. Thus, visitors can be attracted as easier to understand the characteristic of the items.
How can I handle the question ? In my experience, quick feedback is very important to build up reputation and confidence. In online auction
business, reputation is important for buyer and seller because the other people can make sure you are not a cheater. Reputation is much important
when the item is expensive.
